Kingship Maritime Academy is a South African maritime training institution established in 2017 with the vision of developing competent, safety-conscious, and internationally competitive seafarers. The academy specializes in the delivery of STCW (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers) Ancillary Courses, designed to equip seafarers and maritime personnel with the knowledge, practical skills, and competencies required to meet international maritime safety standards.
Under the leadership of its Chief Executive Officer, Thuli KamaMbatha Bukhosini, Kingship Maritime Academy strives to promote maritime skills development, empower aspiring seafarers, and contribute to the country's ocean economy through accessible and internationally recognized maritime education.
Through continuous improvement, industry partnerships, and a commitment to excellence, Kingship Maritime Academy seeks to become one of South Africa's leading providers of maritime safety and STCW training, supporting both individual career development and the sustainable growth of the maritime industry.
